Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Rescalio Upscaler at https://image-upscaler.online (the "Service"), operated by Ivan Tšistjakov, Paavli tn 5/2, 10412 Tallinn, Estonia, registered in Estonia. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

Rescalio Upscaler provides online AI image upscaling (2×–8×) with General, Face, and Anime models. Results are provided "as is"; we do not guarantee perfect restoration of detail. Free tier includes daily limits, file size caps, and a watermark on downloads.

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country). You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials confidential. Notify us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal content, malware, or material you lack rights to process
• Upload sexually explicit, pornographic, or NSFW (not safe for work) images, including nudity in a sexual context or other adult-only material
• Use automated abuse, credential sharing, or circumvent usage limits

We do not permit sexually explicit, pornographic, or NSFW uploads. We may suspend or terminate access without notice for violations.

Premium is sold as a subscription through Creem as our Merchant of Record (MoR). Creem collects payment, applicable taxes, and issues receipts. New subscribers start with a 7-day full-access trial for $1.95, charged at checkout. After the trial, Premium auto-renews at $49.90 per month until you cancel. Prices may change with notice; existing subscribers are notified before renewal at a new price where required by law.

To subscribe, start the Premium trial on Pricing or Billing & subscription and complete checkout on Creem's secure payment page (cards and wallets where available).

• You pay $1.95 today for 7 days of full Premium access.
• Trial period: The 7-day trial begins when your initial payment is processed. You may cancel before the trial ends to avoid the monthly renewal charge.
• After the trial, your subscription renews at $49.90/month on each billing date shown in your dashboard until you cancel.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel anytime from Dashboard → Billing; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Update payment method or download invoices via Payment method & invoices (Creem customer portal) on that page. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy and follow Creem's policies and applicable consumer law.

You retain ownership of images you upload. You grant us a limited license to process, store, and deliver upscaled outputs for the Service. We do not use your images to train models without explicit consent.

The Service is provided without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tallinn, Estonia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
